A Day at the Beach

We went to the beach as a family on Saturday. It was a beautiful day! We tried bringing Erik part way into the water, but he didn't like it as much as other times.

Erik liked seeing his reflection in my sunglasses, so he tried to take them from me in the picture above.

Mostly, he liked playing on the beach towel with his mom and dad.

The Future Move!!

Well the latest news with us is that we have decided to postpone graduate school for a year and have decided to move to San Diego to live and work. It should be nice being so close to family and Shamu. Though we will miss Hawaii it will be nice to be able to drive for 3 hours and not end up where you started. Spencer graduates at the end of June and we move the next day. We are excited also about being able to go to target.

The Youngest McBride

This is our awesome baby boy, Erik! He turned 7 months old yesterday. This is him in his high chair eating rice cereal, which is both one of his favorite foods and one of his favorite games.
